Next, step into your own private infrared sauna where you can relax as the heat penetrates deep into your cells, triggering cellular renewal, energetic cleansing, and a full-body reset.

Once your body feels soft and open you will then have the option to step outside and awaken your senses with our outdoor contrast shower - a refreshing cold water immersion that clears the mind, energises the body, and invigorates the spirit.

Complete your experience with a deeply restorative massage, intuitively tailored to your needs, melting away any remaining stress and tension.
