Your spa experience begins with a mindful chat to discuss your own individual needs, followed by a delicious cup of Wildcrafted herbal tea.

Next, you'll be invited to immerse your feet in a foot bath filled with warm ionised water - watch the water change colour as the negatively charged ions stimulate your body’s natural cleansing process.

From there, step into your own private garden oasis and unwind in the comforting warmth of our infrared sauna. As the deep heat penetrates your body, it encourages the release of toxins, boosts circulation and soothes sore, tired muscles. 

Once your body feels soft and open you will then have the option to step outside and awaken your senses with our outdoor contrast shower - a refreshing cold water immersion that clears the mind, energises the body, and invigorates the spirit.

To complete your cleanse, rinse off in our onsite shower, featuring locally made, natural skincare products that leave your skin refreshed and nourished.
